What it does
Online ticket sales
Multiple ticket types with their own pricing, per-order limits, and live availability. Add-on items — a cooler box, a merch item, whatever your event needs — sell alongside tickets at checkout.
EFT payment verification
Built for how South African events actually get paid for: a customer uploads proof of payment, staff review and approve it from a dashboard, and the buyer's bank details stay visible to them the whole time they're waiting to pay — in their confirmation email and their account, not just on a page they might close.
QR-code tickets & gate scanning
Every ticket carries its own unique, cryptographically signed QR code. A dedicated scanner interface lets gate staff check people in from their own phones, with a live running count of how many have arrived.
Role-based staff access
Admins, organizers, and gate staff each see only what their role needs — gate staff can scan tickets all night without ever seeing a customer's payment details or order history.
Customer accounts
Buyers can create an account to come back and re-download their tickets anytime, with a proper self-service password reset if they forget — no need to dig through old emails on the night.
An admin dashboard that runs the event
Manage ticket types and pricing, review and approve payments, export attendee data, and see a full audit log of who did what — all from one place.
